On July 26, 2015, Green Asia Terminal in Thilawa SEZ, Regency SPC Services Company Limited operates a ~ 25 acres fuel terminal and storage tank farm in Thilawa. The terminal consistes of a 175m x 20m jetty for loading and unloading of fuel, fuel tanks with a capacity of 16 million gallons, and loading bays to load tankser bowsers. Green Asia Port Terminal is of 24.7 acres in size with a 133m x 19.5m wide main port, and a 52.75m x 7.5m wide bridge. The terminal can be used for fuel loading/unloading, fuel distribution, and fuel storage.

Myanmar Port Authority and Elite Petrochemical Co., Ltd which is build on Yangon Port Thilawa Port Area Land No-15, 16 (A-B)) was signed an agreement to build a port business and the port operations agreement for a BOT system. Elite Petrochemical Co., Ltd is an IMO certified Port for provide LPG and petroleum product loading and unloading services from the LPG tanker/barge to the storage tanks.

With the permission of the Myanmar Investment Commission, CNTIC Vpower YG2 Limited is located in Thilawa Port Area. Plot No. (14) to build 350 MW LNG power plant to supply and supply LNG required for power generation and sales. The Dolphin Type Jetty is being built on the waterfront area of ​​Thilawa Plot 13 and 14, which is managed by the Myanmar Ports Authority. Myanmar International Terminals Thilawa (MITT) is a multi-purpose container terminal located at Thilawa near the mouth of the Yangon Rive. The terminal offers a comprehensive range of safe, efficient and productive services to the shipping industry 24 hours a day seven days a week.

MITT is located just 25 kilometers from Yangon,the largest city in Myanmar and the country’s international trade portal, through which 90 percent of the nations maritime trade passed. The terminal is also adjacent to the Thilawa Special Economic Zone planned to become operational by the middle of 2015.

MITT have five berths capable of handling a wide variety of cargo, Large Vessels with deeper draft could dock at MITT compared to at city terminals. There is also a rail line right into the terminal linking MITT not only with Yangon city but also with the national rail network.

MITT provides international standard service with berthing capacity for five ocean-going vessels of up to 2,000 TEU feeder ships and conventional cargo ships of 35,000 tons dead weight MITT facilitates container trucking service and inland shipping barges to ensure cost effective and efficient movement of cargoes. There is also a container barge service between MITT and Shwe Pyi Tha Industrial Zone. MITT applies the most strongest safety and environmental rules in line with ISPS code security standards. Security policies ensure that all users of our facilities are protected at all times.

The Myanmar Integrated Port Limited (MIPL) is established on an area of 37 acres (150,000m2) allocated for port services. The facilities of the MIPL terminal are designed to handle both bulk liquid cargo (edible oil) and general cargo. Located at Plot (4), Thilawa Port area, along the shore of the Yangon River, the landing constitutes a perfect berthing place for conventional vessels.

A strategic location, MIPL provides direct access to Thilawa Special Economic Zone and commercial areas. The port is a one stop service facility, equipped to handle all sorts of cargo, from liquid bulk vessels to RORO, project cargo, cruise ships, bulk carriers and LOLO.

MIPL has a skilled and stable workforce with a highly developed and modern infrastructure as well as an extensive warehousing and storage capacity. The port is fully equipped with stevedoring equipment for handling bulk liquid, bulk dry and other dry cargo ships, served by a well-fortified 200 meters jetty, a Warehouse, Tank Farm, Car Parking Site and Steel Drum Factory.

Yangon Port The contract between Myanmar Port Authority and Puma Energy Asia Sun Co., Ltd (PEAS) was signed on 1-9-2014 for the construction and operation of  Port Dock, Asphalt and petroleum accessories and support facilities in Thilawa Port Area Plot No. 3 with BOT system.

APEX Gas & Oil Public Company Limited was incorporated on 16 January 2013 with registration No.4334 and established the Great Petroleum Terminal. The Great Petroleum Terminal is the first standard private petroleum terminal in Myanmar certified in accordance with ISO 9001-2008.

The terminal operates a full range of storage tank services. gasoil (diesel), gasoline (magas 92/95, etc.) and terminal related logistics services for both local and import/export use. Moreover, gasoline are provided to their 19 filling stations and more than 30 of their partners’ filling stations.

Myat Myittar Mon Company Limited was incorporated on 3 April 2000 with registration No.14 and established the Myat Myittar Mon Petroleum Terminal in Thilawa. The terminal is in operation using the four tanks listed above and Myat Myittar Mon is building additional four storage tanks in the terminal.

A joint venture agreement was signed between the Myanmar Port Authority and the Company on a BOT system on 23-11-2010 and Yuzana Port is a 113.4-meter-long jetty used by palm oil tankers.

 

Port is commenced a 5-year contract to manage and operate TMT Ports in Yangon, Myanmar. Port has put in place a small management team comprising of a Terminal Manager, Operations Manager and Engineering Manager. The Port team will focus on developing processes and procedures, bringing cargo handling operations up to international standards, improving the  availability of equipment and increasing container through puts in a safe and efficient manner.

Port will also be instrumental in developing the TMT Port’s safety management strategies and policies. Training programmers are also being developed by Port to assist this strategy and improve the capabilites of equipment drivers and other personal.

Working together with our local partner KT Services and Logistics Co.Ltd. Port to turn around this terminal and grow it in a sustainable manner that will greatly assist the fast-growing Myanmar economy.
