၁။ မြန်မာ့ဆိပ်ကမ်းအာဏာပိုင်၊ ရေကြောင်းဌာနမှဝယ်ယူပေးရန်မှာကြားလာသည့်မာန်အောင်(၃)ရေယာဉ်တွင် တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုလျှက်ရှိသော စက်မကြီးများ၏ Remote Control System အတွက် လိုအပ်သည့် NORISYS – 4 24 DIO  Digital IN/OUT  Extension  Unit(D-4)and (D-5)ပစ္စည်း(၂)မျိုးကို ဝယ်ယူရေးကိစ္စ အတွက်အိတ်ဖွင့် တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်အပ်ပါသည်။ အဆိုပြု စျေးနှုန်းတွင် With Holding Tax  2% & Commercial Tax 5% အပါအဝင်ဖြစ်ရန်နှင့် စာချုပ်တံဆိပ်ခေါင်းခွန်အတွက် ကုမ္ပဏီမှကျခံ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။အထက်ဖော်ပြ ပါ ပစ္စည်းများကို ဌာနအရောက် ပေးပို့ရမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။​

၂။ တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရာတွင် အခွန်ဦးစီးဌာနမှသက်ဆိုင်ရာစည်းကြပ်နှစ်အလိုက်ထုတ်ပေးသည့် အခွန်ကင်းရှင်း  ကြောင်း ထောက်ခံချက်(မိတ္တူ)၊တင်ဒါစပေါ်ငွေပေးသွင်းပြေစာ(မိတ္တူ)၊ကုမ္ပဏီ/အရောင်းဆိုင်၏ သက်တမ်းရှိ လိုင်စင်(မိတ္တူ)နှင့်အဆိုပြုစျေးနှုန်းတင်သွင်းမည့်ပစ္စည်း၏အမျိုးအစားတို့ကိုပြည့်စုံစွာပူးတွဲတင်ပြရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။အထက်ပါအချက်အလက်များ ပြည့်စုံစွာပူးတွဲ တင်ပြထားခြင်း မရှိပါက ဆိုဈေးအား လက်ခံစဉ်းစားမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

၃။ တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရာတွင် ငွေကျပ်၂၅၀,၀၀၀/-(ကျပ် နှစ်သိန်း ငါးသောင်းတိတိ)ကို တင်ဒါစပေါ်ငွေအဖြစ် မြန်မာ့ ဆိပ်ကမ်းအာဏာပိုင် ၊ စာရင်းဌာနတွင် ၂၆–၉–၂၀၂၃ ရက်နေ့၊ (၁၅:၀၀)နာရီ နောက်ဆုံး ပေးသွင်းရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၄။ တင်ဒါ တင်သွင်းရန် ပုံစံ နှင့် တင်ဒါစည်းကမ်းချက်များကို  တစ်စုံလျှင်   ကျပ်  ၂,၀၀၀/-  နှုန်းဖြင့် (၁၉-၉-၂၀၂၃) ရက်နေ့မှစ၍ (၂၆-၉-၂၀၂၃)ရက်နေ့ (ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်၊ရုံးချိန်) အတွင်း ဗဟိုပစ္စည်းထိန်းဌာန ၊ မြန်မာ့ဆိပ်ကမ်းအာဏာပိုင်၊ ဗိုလ်တထောင်ဘုရား အနောက်ဖက်၊ ကွန်ကရစ်လမ်း၊ Toll Gate အနီး၊ ကမ်းနားလမ်းတွင် လာရောက်ဝယ်ယူနိုင်ပါ သည်။

၅။        တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရမည့်နေရာ၊ နေ့ရက်နှင့် အချိန်တို့မှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်-

(က)	တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရမည့်နေရာ –	မြန်မာ့ဆိပ်ကမ်းအာဏာပိုင်(ရုံးချုပ်)၊
		ပထမထပ်၊ အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၊ အမှတ်(၁၀)၊
		ပန်းဆိုးတန်းလမ်း၊ ကျောက်တံတားမြို့နယ်။

		မြန်မာ့ဆိပ်ကမ်းအာဏာပိုင်” ဟု လိပ်မူ တင်သွင်း ရန် ဖြစ်သည်)
(ခ)	တင်ဒါတင်သွင်းရမည့်           – နောက်ဆုံးနေ့ရက်/အချိန်	၂၈-၉-၂၀၂၃ရက်နေ့၊(၁၃:၀၀နာရီ) (အဆိုပါသတ်မှတ်ချိန်ထက်ကျော်လွန်ပါကလုံးဝလက်ခံမည်မဟုတ်ပါ)

1. The M.T VIET TIN LUCKY, registered in Vietnam and at the present controlled by the Myanma Port Authority due to the Port Act 1908, will be auctioned through an open tender system.

3. The tender process will be taken place in accord with Paragraphs 23/24 of Directive No.(1/2017).
4. The companies (both local and international) those are interested in are invited to inter this tender. The vessel can be checked at The Myanmar Terminal(TMT).

6. Since the vessel will be auctioned in account with the Port Act 1908, the Myanma Port Authority has right to cancel either partially or as a whole of this tender at any time, if it is needed to do so for some applicable reasons.
